CURRENT STORAGE CAPACITY
NFRA currently has the capacity to store 776,000 metric tonnes of food crops through its warehouses, TANIPAC project warehouses, the 28 Warehouses Project in Ruvuma, modern silos, and storage shades. This capacity is a critical asset in ensuring national food security, controlling inflation, responding to emergencies, and facilitating the availability of adequate food for the nation, as shown in the table;
